Hi I am Kay, a professional Fitness Athlete and Body Builder originally from Nepal and currently living in Hertfordshire. I’ve had the unique pleasure of combining both cultures which has shaped the person I am today. Some parts of my fitness journey has been challenging, it hasn’t been easy to be accepted as an independent successful and driven women in the fitness industry. It’s taught me to remain focused on my goals and achieve what feels right. The best part of my job is to see the transformations and witness my clients continually flourish with confidence. My clients are precious to me and their journey is a shared one. I never tire of hearing about their struggles and successes. The ones that continue to show up and strive are the most memorable ones. It’s going to be an exciting 2022, I have branched out to working from The Challenge Gym and my clients are just as excited as I am. The best part of my daily work is applying my techniques and skills that I learnt from my competing days. Nothing gives me greater pleasure than sharing all the knowledge and training that I acquired professionally over the last two decades all towards my clients.

My inspiration for becoming a Personal Trainer was when I discovered the desire to help people achieve their goals; personally there is nothing more satisfying. I can help in all aspects of fitness, from running, cardio and weight training.

Whether its losing weight, toning up, getting fit, eating healthy or training your brain to think more positively, I will help you fall in love with yourself again through proven strategies and expert guidance. When you’re happy and smiling, the world will smile with you. Through my journey and experiences I have learned so many ways to help myself find ‘happy’ and I’m going to be sharing them with you so you don’t have to go through the pain I’ve had to go through. I lost 8 stone in a couple of years without any qualifications or guidance. I’m now a fully qualified and experienced Coach and I can help you do the same in half the time.
