Nick Helm

Hi, I’m Coach Nick and my mission, my goal, my drive and my passion is to help you be happy with the amazing person that you are. Whether its losing weight, toning up, getting fit, eating healthy or training your brain to think more positively, I will help you fall in love with yourself again through proven strategies and expert guidance. When you’re happy and smiling, the world will smile with you. Through my journey and experiences I have learned so many ways to help myself find ‘happy’ and I’m going to be sharing them with you so you don’t have to go through the pain I’ve had to go through. I lost 8 stone in a couple of years without any qualifications or guidance. I’m now a fully qualified and experienced Coach and I can help you do the same in half the time. Join me and my group of amazing followers on our journey to optimum health, weight loss, fitness, youthfulness, mindfulness and happiness.

Jonny Blackwell

I have been running bootcamps and personal training since leaving the army in 2014 after 6 years service . I now absolutely love helping people overcome their own challenges by using my invaluable experience from the military and fitness & wellbeing knowledge. 

My specialty is weight training, high intensity interval training,  fat loss, muscle gain and “toning”.

Kay Dangol

Kay Dangol is a natural bodybuilder and fitness model. She has a vast amount of experience, previously winning Ms. ‘Bikini Short (Class A)’ and ‘Bikini Overall’ at the Miami Pro European Championships. She is now dedicated to helping you achieve the body of your dreams.

Jack Mautterer

Qualified NVQ level 2 Fitness Instructor, soon to be qualified in level 3 Personal Training.

My inspiration for becoming a Personal Trainer was when I discovered the desire to help people achieve their goals; personally there is nothing more satisfying. Whilst I am waiting to qualify I run the Resistance Fitness class which involves a good range of cardio and weights.

Jo Lang

I qualified as a Personal Trainer at the age of 46 and this experience has inspired me to realise my passion. Over the past 4 years I have learned that personal training is so much more than a run or lifting weights – it’s helping clients on a journey of self discovery and unlocking their true potential to maximise results, not only for aesthetic reasons but also total health & wellbeing.
