Congratulations Amanda Rospo!

Amanda has been a member at Challenge since the end of January.

When she first joined Challenge, Amanda weighed 14 and a half stone. Since then, she has lost 2 stone 6 pounds!! Amanda has achieved this by attending five classes and one personal training session per week and eating more healthily. She has cut down her portion sizes, sticking to 3 meals a day with some healthy snacks. She has also been keeping off the alcohol! Amanda’s husband Ross has also lost 2 stone!!
