Julie Simmons is February’s Achiever of the month!  Julie blitzed the gym in January to lose her Christmas pounds. By the fourth week in January she had lost 3 Kgs (half a stone)!

Julie has been attending the gym 4 – 5 times per week and has concentrated on both cardio and muscle toning, as well as participating in classes.

Julie has noticed the difference and we are proud to call her achiever of the month!
