Danielle Wylie

Danielle is 21 and has been attending the gym since January 2009.

In August 2008 Danielle went in to hospital for an operation, however due to complications Danielle deteriorated and her heart stopped for 15 minutes. As a result Danielle was in hospital for 13 months and has had to relearn everything from walking to talking.  

When we were first introduced to Danielle, she was in a wheelchair. Since then she has been building up her strength in the gym 3 times a week and has regained the ability to talk and walk unaided! It is truly remarkable what Danielle has achieved through her own drive and determination. She is a true inspiration! We look forward to watching her progress further in the future.
