Charlotte is an experienced personal trainer and will be based here at Challenge 6 days a week! We’re sure she will be a great asset to the team and a perfect training partner for you!

As your personal trainer Charlotte will help encourage you to achieve your goals. As a mum of three young children she knows how difficult it can be to get motivated so she’ll ensure that your training is fun, enjoyable and allows you to achieve maximum results in the minimum time! Your training programme will be tailored to your own personal goals whether it be to lose weight, tone up or to run a 10k!     

As a qualified Nutrition Specialist she can help you change your eating habits for the better, permanently. Charlotte will discuss your lifestyle and produce a suitable diet plan tailored specifically for you! Her hands on approach and friendly and outgoing personality will put you at ease, help you achieve you goals and result in you feeling great!

Your 1st session with Charlotte is only £10! This will include a full consultation, work-out and programme design.
