In addition to your regular workouts, or if you feel you need that extra boost, or for more specific goals, we recommend personal training. Personal training has become very popular at Challenge and we are pleased to have working alongside us two highly trained and very friendly personal trainers – Robbie Linsell & Toby Trundle. Bootcamp PT – STARTS 16TH JAN 2012!

Bootcamp PT is an intensive 4 week fitness course.  Whether you want to lose weight, tone up or just get fitter, Bootcamp is guaranteed to help you reach your goals in the quickest time possible! The course itself is run as a “Biggest Loser” style challenge, with teams competing against each other to earn points for weight loss, fitness improvements and attendance. All abilities are welcome!

Workouts will be different everyday and will include:

  • Circuit & Boxercise training in the studio
  • Cardio and weights circuits in the main gym
  • Various games and challenges both indoors and outdoors

During the last 2 courses (January 2011 & May 2011)

  • A total of 13 stones in weight were lost!
  • A total of 687 centimetres of fat were lost!
  • Bootcamp’s 1st biggest loser Teresa Fazzani lost 9.78% of her original body weight in just 6 weeks!
  • Bootcamp’s 2nd biggest loser Nigel Shipp took part in both previous bootcamps and lost a total of just over 2 stone in 12 weeks!
