that you will find your favourites then we can advise on how to get
the most benefit from that particular exercise.

Burning fat is a great start, but you need to tone and condition the
muscles to really get the shape you want and deserve. Your
personally assigned fitness consultant will devise a program that
includes resistance and or weight training exercises to hit those
important areas, to give your body a great look and feel.
Endurance & Stamina
For those wanting to get the highest level of fitness your
personally assigned fitness consultant will devise a program that
will steadily increase the level of your fitness, stamina and
endurance, you may also want to participate in the regular monthly
fitness challenges to test yourself further.
Development
Challenge Active is not a ''heavy duty gym'' but still has a superb
separate free weight area for those wanting to develop and shape
their bodies further, again you personally assigned fitness
consultant has experience in devising a program to suit you goals
whether its shaping legs or building biceps!
