<p>Formally ex members, Kathy and Mark Canavan rejoined Challenge in May 2010 with a goal to lose weight and improve their health.</p>
<p> Having been set a programme by Josh, both Kathy and Mark have been highly dedicated and currently attend the gym 5 times per week to use both cardio and weights equipment. </p>
<p>The couple have also significantly changed their diets by eating consciously, cutting down on unhealthy snacks and reducing their intake of alcohol.</p>
<p> As a result Kathy has dropped 2 dress sizes and Mark has lost approximately 3 stone! Both feel much healthier and have lots more energy and confidence.</p>
<p> It’s 20 months until Kathy &amp; Mark’s 25<sup>th</sup> Wedding Anniversary when they intend to take a long holiday, so with this as their goal they are continuing to work hard and enjoy training together at the gym.</p>

On May 23rd, our Personal Trainer Robbie Linsell ran the Edinburgh Marathon in aid of the British Heart Foundation in just 3 hours 26 minutes, beating his target time of 3 hours 30. Well Done Robbie!
